Record the item, source, destination, storage step, and observed delay. Keep the observation period and save conditions with the note.
Change one handoff
Test one operational change, such as moving storage closer to the user business or changing the delivery routine. Note which step changed and what result would justify keeping it.
Separate method from facts
Exact prices, route times, and capacity values need a reviewed record tied to an explicit build. A community lead can identify a question, but it cannot fill that gap.
